The event runs from 3-9:30pm\, and WBY plays our Appalachian Gospel/Old-Time music from 5-6pm. This year it’s more important than ever to think about and give thanks for the blessings we enjoy as Americans; the grace of God in giving us our Founding Fathers; and the lives that have been sacrificed for our freedom. Bring the whole family . . . it’s a perfect opportunity to teach the kids about patriotism! And to enjoy food\, entertainment\, activities and fun as the City of Madisonville lights up the sky with fireworks at the end of the evening – from Memorial Park all the way down Tellico Street to the Courthouse.
