DESCRIPTION:WBY returns for the second year to help celebrate East Tennessee history in downtown Knoxville. The FREE festival\, to be held at the East Tennessee History Center on Gay Street\, runs from 10am-4pm\, and we’ll play 11:30 AM-12:15 PM. Other musicians\, activities\, genealogy workshops\, local history author showcases\, walking tours and shuttles to historic museums are all part of the festivities. FREE to attend and family-friendly! The theme for this year is based on the feature exhibition\, “They Sang What They Lived: The Story of Carl and Pearl Butler.”
